Sheetco Presenting Sublimation And DTF Solutions At FESPA Africa And Sign Africa Expo

Sheetco will showcase the Avanti sublimation printer, direct to film (DTF) printer and shaker at the upcoming FESPA Africa and Sign Africa Expo from 13-15 September 2023 at the Gallagher Convention Centre.

The Avanti i4 sublimation printer boasts a production speed of 120-160sqm/hour. The bulk ink system includes 3L ink tanks with a slow level alarm and syphon system subtanks. It also features the latest technology Precision Core TFP printheads with 12,800 active nozzles. The nozzle size is suited for sublimation print output demands.

With 4 Colours (CMYK), the Avanti Series CMYK inks ensure printability and the best colour gamut. Free colour profiling is provided with the printer. The purchase of the machine includes installation and three days training, colour profile and print set-up, technical backup and support, and free first set of ink and paper.

Print Productivity includes: 2 pass: 720 x 600dpi, +/- 120-160sqm/h production speed.
3 pass: 360 x 1800 dpi, +/- 90sqm/h production speed. 4 pass: 360 x 2400 dpi, +/- 60sqm/h production speed.

The Avanti DTF60i direct to film printer, which works together with the Avanti Shaker XL, can be used for digitally printed transfers to cotton, nylon and polyester, or any other blended textiles. Print, shake and dry in an easy inline process. There is no need for screens, cutting or coating with this process. The machines ensures high quality and low cost per unit.

Avanti Shaker XL’s applicable media includes nylon, chemical fibre, cotton, leather, swimsuits, diving suits, PVC and more. Additional features include powder control, heat and dry function, new belt type media transmission, and automatic take up function, to name a few.
