Colorscreen And NVS Showcased DTF Solutions At FESPA Africa And Sign Africa Expo

Colorscreen and Gauteng partner Northern Vinyl Supplies (NVS) exhibited DTF printing solutions, heat presses, consumables and samples at the FESPA Africa and Sign Africa Expo. The event took place from 9-11 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.

The following could be seen at the stand:

ORIC OR600Super UV DTF printer (600mm): features wide applications suitable for surface decoration of various materials such as plastic, glass, wood, metal, leather, ceramics and more. Other features include a maximum printing resolution of 2400dpi, and dual UV LED lights for ink curing.

ORIC OR-620 DTF Max high volume DTF printer: common applications include T-shirts, hats, backpacks, lanyards, shoes and more to create unique fashion pieces. It can also be used for denim clothes, non-woven bags, gift bags, baseball caps, fabric gift boxes and more. Included is a shaking powder and colour fix machine.

ORIC A2 DTF Max high volume DTF printer: suitable for cotton blends, polyester, denim, canvas, nylon, leather and non-woven fabrics. Features include: double-layer fan cooling device, built-in smoke filter, white ink circulation system and more. A shaking powder machine and conveyor oven is included.

CS4040 auto open slide out heat press: delivers accurate time, temperature and pressure every time. Features include emergency stop, touch screen panel and ergonomic design.

CS4060PNEUDBL pneumatic double station shuttle heat press: delivers accurate time, temperature and pressure. Features include a touch screen panel, flexible shuttle system, thicker heating platen and ergonomic design.

Colorscreen Showcasing Latest DTF Printer At FESPA Africa And Sign Africa Expo

Colorscreen will showcase its new ORIC A2 45cm wide DTF MAX printer at the FESPA Africa and Sign Africa Expo, taking place 11-13 September at Gallagher Convention Centre, 9am-5pm.

The printer is the latest addition to the range of equipment that Colorscreen has on offer. Features include: automatic printhead moistening and ink heating; white ink circulation system; electric pinch roller systems, intelligent temperature control system, a built-in smoke filter, tension bar media feeding system, and two i1600 print heads.

FESPA Africa and Sign Africa Expo, taking place from 11-13 September 2024 at Gallagher Convention Centre from 9am-5pm, is sponsored by Stixo and Roland. Entrance is free, please register online.

Colorscreen Showcased Heat Presses and DTF Solutions

Colorscreen exhibited at the recently held FESPA Africa and Sign Africa Expo, which took place from 13-15 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.

Visitors could see the company’s A4 clamshell heat press, 38 x 38cm heat press, 60 x 40cm heat press with pull-out drawer and auto-open, cap press with interchangeable platen, and 60 x 40cm double station heat press.

Also at the stand was an ORIC 60cm DTF printer, as well as DTF consumables such as powders, inks, cleaning solutions, media/film, heat transfer vinyls and screen printing supplies.
